Christina received a Masters in Clinical Psychology specializing in Spiritual and Depth Psychology from Antioch University. Her undergrad specialization was in Mindful Psychology and she combines that with the theories and practices of Gestalt, Jung, Humanism, and Feminism. Christina finds that integrating the client’s spiritual or religious beliefs helps anchor the client in a sense of security to help contain them during moments of dysregulation. Her research and understanding of psychedelic therapies also adds a new approach and perspective to healing anxiety, depression and addiction.
Along with her clinical experience, she has been a practicing Reiki Master for 10 years and received formal training in the use of essential oils for emotional balance.
